Our Story

A Well-Mapped Journey of Academic Excellence

Whether students are at Stanford for a year or from pre-K through graduation, their time here is spent on a well-mapped journey of academic excellence. This journey, built on the foundation of our Mission and Learner Outcomes, includes a conceptual approach to Math that allows each grade to seamlessly build upon the previous one. It includes putting learning into practice, like when science classes create chemical reactions that excite and engage students.

It includes multiple language offerings such as a German and French program that deepens students’ appreciation of these developed countries, as well connections through Arts and Technology that expand learning in all other areas. It includes the support of a robust ESL (English as a Second Language) program to help Elementary, Middle, and High School students achieve academic success even if their Mother Tongue language is not English. And it includes the choice of the AP program, and in the near future, the IB program as well. Combined, these offerings reflect our individualized approach to learning, helping our students reach their full potential during their stay at Stanford.

OUR LEADERSHIP

Chairman's Message

For more than two decades, Stanford International School has been guided by a simple conviction: that every child deserves an education which prepares them not only for examinations, but for life.

Our ambition has always been to bring the very best of international education to Egypt — combining rigorous British and American curricula with the values, language and identity of our own community. Today, seeing our graduates take their place at leading universities around the world, that ambition feels well placed.

What I am most proud of, however, is not measured in results alone. It is the confidence of a child presenting to their class for the first time, the curiosity of an Early Years student exploring a new idea, and the care our teachers show every single day.

On behalf of the Board, thank you for considering Stanford as a partner in your child’s journey. Our doors are always open to you.
